Damn! Every time my wife touches my PC something goes wrong. I hate it when she uses my PC. So, today before we go shopping, she wanted to print out some coupons first. I was a bit hesitant at first because as I was saying something will go wrong. finally I gave in and let her use my PC.
yes!!! something did went wrong. My Dell laser 3100CN printer stop working. Keep saying no paper on Tray 1 but there is paper in there. So, I put in more paper but no use. It keep saying Error 024-965. I tried taking the tray out and nothing was stuck. I check online but couldn't find any solution except for some paper size problem. I check the paper setting by go to Printer Preferences and everything looks fine. I was about to give up on it.
At last, I type in the
ip address of the printer and found out that the paper size was set to EXECUTIVE? I don't know what paper size was that but I change it back to letter size and my printer was back to normal. awesome!!!
